You need :

1- TWRP recovery : http://bit.ly/G361F_TWRP
2- UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46 : http://bit.ly/UPDATESuperSUv246
3- Odin3 : http://bit.ly/ODIN3106

Step By Step: 

1- Flash twrp3020coreprimevelte.tar in PDA or AP by Odin
2- copy the UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip to the sdcard and put it into phone
3- reboot into recovery 
4- choose install > select storage > sdcard > UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip > swipe
5- reboot to the system and enjoy :) 


ps. If any thing went wrong try to enable OEM unlock from the Developer options
